Cloud Strife's Got Skill

In retrospect, mini-games embedded in video games are some of the best alternatives in not finishing a certain plot or aspect of a very tedious and not-so appealing clash. Take Final Fantasy VII for example, the sheer difficulty of some of the hard-hitting quest bosses will make you whimper in a corner. I find myself distraught by the fact that the Demon Wall can't be conquered through levels or equipment.

Good thing the Golden Saucer exists - it's like a toned-down gambling establishment where Chocobo racers, arcade players, walking stuffed dolls and mechanical catbots roam the area. Final Fantasy VII may have included this GP utopia in order for players to take a break from the occasional boss battles. For my standpoint, the snowboard mini-game is the most exciting and exhilarating of all the FF stress relievers.

For some reasons, gaming term papers and reviews name blitzball as the numero uno FF sport ever created. C'mon, Tidus is the cheery guy, let this go to Cloud as he's always reserved and his hazy mind won't let him enjoy life not until he found snowboarding. He's an extreme fighter and has the knack to pull out crazy stunts.
