Orange Glow From the Garage

Last night I stepped into my kitchen to see a strange orange glow coming from my neighbors garage. Now, it wasn't an X-Games Gold Medal. The strange glow was coming from sort of strange lighting. Now there is only one type of light bulb that I know of which creates this orange glow. That orange glow comes from high pressure sodium lights or HPS. I'm not going to elaborate. Google it. Being familiar with their most common usage I peek over the fence to get looksie inside their garage. I was correct! HPS lights, fans, and drip systems. What would you do in a situation like this?
